I noticed tirzepatide gave me way better energy for training compared to sema, which made a huge difference in my recomp. The food noise suppression was stronger too, but the GI sides hit harder at higher doses. Just my personal take though, definitely something to discuss with your doc.

I am starting with semaglutide because Its cheaper and I figure I diet and excersize so less of a need for a strong medication. stronger have you. Thoughts?
