If it’s IGF-1 that’s causing it, that should level off. I’ve never heard of anyone getting the tingling in their fingers from natural IGF-1 levels. And testosterone is one of the best antiinflamatories there is. So if you didn’t have this before TRT, I doubt you would have more inflammation now. So also check your b12 level. But again, if you didn’t have this before TRT, it’s unlikely that TRT would cause your b12 level to drop. So everything seems to point to E2, from what I can tell. It might level off. I would definitely give it some time before considering messing with your E2.
Haha you definitely don’t have to worry about a stroke at this point. And it’s almost definitely not high HCT that’s the issue. Mine was 53 on my last blood test, and I’ve never had this issue. It’s most like water retention from E2 elevating or IGF-1 elevating. If it’s IGF-1 that’s causing it, that should level off. I’ve never heard of anyone getting the tingling in their fingers from natural IGF-1 levels. It’s only when they exogenously I crease it that I’ve heard of this happening. So most likely E2 related. The only thing I can think of that would cause this is inflammation or low b12.
