Timing of HCG injection for blood test

Do I inject HCG the day before my blood test on trough day or skip that dose? I am injecting e3.5d with HCG the day before each injection day. thanks

I would skip the hcg, the day before your blood test. No reason to spike your levels.

It would be easier, if you just injected both on the same day.
