My numbers were very similar to yours and I've benefited greatly from combining
NDT with T3.
Your numbers aren't bad per say (and neither were mine), but treating thyroid made a world of a difference for me.

Good morning! are you currently on thyroid medication? you are not converting to FT3 but rather the bad RT3. You really need to be under 15 More like 10. Could you give a little more color on yourself?

I would talk to your doctor and see if adding some T3 might help with energy. Also make sure you are getting good mineral supplement that helps with conversion of T4 to FT3. I would also that the symptom and not the number.

Did you have a complete thyroid panel? With TSH and free T4. Low-dose T3 (Cytomel) Will take care of your reverse T3, but make sure there’s no other issues.
