Thoughts on Troches

What’s everyone’s opinion on Troches? How do they compare to the capsule form? I know Troches need to be refrigerated, buthow long could you keep one out of the fridge and it still be effective? I would want to keep one in my pocket for 5hours on a date and then use it later that night, would that be ok? Thanks!

I like them, I get mine from Defy, probably not the cheapest. I think they work better than the pills. Sometimes I will put one in a baggie in my pocket and have ad zero issues. But I haven't done that during the summer in the heat, it might melt

Melting would be the only real issue I might see if we're only talking about a few hours.
