Testosterone 62ml + HCG 300 UI
Anastrozol 1Mg w/each shot day.

2 mg of Anastrozole a week is a very high dose and for 95+% of guys on TRT, it will drop their E2 to near zero in short order. Having your E2 too low is as bad or worse than having it too high. A good starting dose is 0.25 mg twice a week, with follow-up testing in 4-6 weeks. I know you do not have access to the sensitive E2 test being outside of the US, though.

What is your hematocrit? Do you know your free T3 level at all?
Your HDL is low probably due to the high anastrozole dose.

A total testosterone of 15 ng/ml (1500 ng/dl) is not high as long as you manage hematocrit, blood pressure and estradiol well.

Given the range of this particular assay, the dose may be too high. He is at almost twice the max range for Total T and over twice for Bio T.

I cut mine with the biggest knife in my kitchen. The pills always break cleanly, although sometimes my aim could be better. Over the course of days and weeks, the differences in size will average out as you use each of the quarter pills.
