Test results for lh, fsh, t extremely low

I've been on trt for years and recently decided to get off to try and increase fertility. I have also been on clomid for an extended period of time and have used anastrozole in the past as well. My urologist had me come off my T for a few months and only take the clomid 50mg daily. I've since been seeing a fertility specialist who had me stop clomid as my first test results came back extremely low estradiol, fsh, lh, and T. A few years back I had a child after using T and anastrazole/clomid but the doctor said that with the extended use the clomid just isn't working anymore. Next step is hcg and another medication for fsh and lh. Has anyone had any negative affects from extended use of clomid?

Thanks for the link I've done some research on hcg and hope it gets me where i need to be. I've had two doctors tell me they've never seen results as low as how some of my tests have come back so I'm looking for as many resources as I can.

50 mg of Clomid is too high, most men use 12.5 mg of Clomid.

I dont think my urologist was watching my medication closely enough as I was on trt and high clomid at the same time which I've heard since then is a counteracting regimen. I have a presc for hcg and gonal-f..gonal f daily and hcg every other day.
