If you do not want to spend the money then at the very least you would need to get LH/FSH, TT/estradiol (LC/MS-MS), FT (Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration), SHBG, full thyroid panel.

Critical to use the most accurate assays for TT/FT/e2!
