Tadalafil 5mg Daily Side Effects

I’ve taken it at various doses over time, currently on either 2.5mg or 5mg daily to maintain erection quality while experimenting with my current thyroid protocol. The only side effect I’ve ever noticed was at times waking up from night boners. I also have sleep apnea and have been having trouble breathing through my nose, however, which is making things worse at night. I attributed that to more salt intake, which can do it for me, but I might come off Cialis for a spell and see if that does anything.

It may be the case that Cialis can exacerbate other things going on with folks that normally wouldn’t have been an issue, and some sides can be dealt with by dealing with those issues that are only now becoming apparent.

I took daily Cialis 5-10mg, at the beginning I feel headache and flushing but no more. If I took Viagra medium-dose I feel the headache more. To reduce the headache from any PDE5i I just took Feverfew/Butterbew in Amazon and/or Genius-Joy product. Any Gaba/L-Theanine can help as well.

I got instruction from the doctor actually that all these PDE5i is having potent result if you don't consume any fatty meals and alcohol within 2-3 hrs, so obviously if you took it with food, your body may reduce the bioavailability of the med henc less side effect.

On side note. I can get serious headache if I took Yohimbe (but the side effect is...the erection is very strong and can last more than 1 hr in bed).

I have been experimenting with Tadalafil 5mg daily, my GP (in England) will only prescribe Sildenafil at 4 a month, I get all the usual side effects from that drug which makes it impractical to use.

I figured Tadalafil would be different and taking it daily might work better than a single pill at 10-20mg when wanting to perform! Have to say - when my libido is up the drug definitely works to get me erect, though still a way to go for proper working.

However, I'm 8 days into the drug and have for the last 4 days had really severe headache and my Glutes and Hamstrings feel like they have turned to stone; tight and painful. The headache is like the worst hangover I've ever had. Usually wakeup with it starting and then gets worse until I take a painkiller which helps.

Not sure if this is purely because of the Tadalafil or if I have a bug too (flu sometimes make me feel a 'little' like this)? Anyone else experienced these as a side effect of Tadalafil?

What's your BP prior to daily Cialis. I'm on the same dosage daily and felt no impact.
For the hamstring issue, just use cupper/myofascial release/massage to release the tightness. For headache just use any med. that reduce headaches. Cialis is supposed to reduce BP a bit.

I got more headaches with med. dosage of Viagra. This is common side effect with any PDE5i. You could try Levitra as well. I guess Nelson use Levitra.

Only issue I have ever had is headaches at 10 mg or higher

I mentioned those points in earlier messages.

My BP dropped by around 10 points in both Sys and Diastolic. Viagra causes me worse issues to the point of being useless (difficult to get aroused when you are seeing sparks and flushed like Santa after a sleigh ride LOL).
