Thank for the advice. Like I mentioned, I have been taking Finasteride for 20 years. The "disconnect" with my penis is a recent thing, like over the last 6 months, and it's intermittent as well. I started taking high blood pressure medicine around the same time that this disconnect started happening and I'm wondering if there is a connection. I'm not dismissing your information on Finasteride, but it seems weird that this would be the cause after two decades of use. My Finasteride dose for hair loss is very low compared to men who take this drug for urinary flow issues with the prostate, which makes me wonder if those men also experience sexual side effects from it.

The HCG I'm using is Pregnyl. Is there a difference between it and Ovidrel?

You also mentioned gonadotropins IMO. Are you referring to immobilization stress?

Lastly, I have been depressed lately. I don't have a partner in my life and often feel very alone. Perhaps this is contributing to it as well.
