Thyroid combination study

And since I’ve been on T4 only therapy for Hashimoto’s (Synthroid and now generic Levothyroxine) for a long time, I’m wondering if I should be on a T3/T4 medication? I’m on 88mcg a day and that keeps my TSH around 3. It’s been quite a while since I had a full thyroid panel done.

If someone on T4 only has normal T3 labs, would there be a point in taking a combination drug?

Thanks
