Stop Using Mouthwash And Dental Hygiene

I’ve heard similar stories, so your timing makes sense. Gum inflammation can jack up systemic inflammation fast. Once that drops, blood flow can feel way better. Regular cleanings make a big difference.

I brush with a "natural" toothpaste, then rinse with a water pick. I mix hydrogen peroxide into the water in the water pick (my hygienist thinks this is brilliant).

Between a Sonicare toothbrush and this, I have no dental issues at all.

The problem with what you're doing is exactly what this thread is about. You're killing good bacteria as well as bad, and the good bacteria produce some of your nitric oxide. If you're going to do that, you probably want to do it only occasionally and use a probiotic like the nitric oxide lozenges from N1o1 afterward to repopulate good bacteria. Your hygienist needs to become familiar with the oral micro-biome. Or better yet, use the Ozone oral oil like the one from PureO3 which seems to target mostly bad bacteria.
