I started at 50 mg E3.5D and went up to 60 mg E3.5D, and while my lab values changed as one would expect, I can't say I felt any different (other than acne on my forehead at the higher dosage).  Overall I feel better than before starting TRT, but I have no idea how to determine what is an optimal dosage for me.  So I've decided to take a quasi-scientific approach to target my total and free T levels.  I have 2 sons both around 30 yrs old, healthy and athletic.  I asked them to get blood work, figuring that whatever their levels are now is a good target for me to aim for.  And it will also establish a baseline for them as they get older and their natural production drops - something I wish I did when I was younger.
