Sperm still “low” on YO home test kit. Need suggestions.

So I probably already know some answers but I wanted to run it by everyone. For the last 3 months I’ve been on 150 test a week. 50 fsh and 500 hcg 3x a week. YO video definitely has more activity than 3 months ago but still “low”. The last 2 weeks I’ve upped 500hcg to 6x a week. Should I up my fsh to 75 3x a week and lower test to 100/week? We haven’t been actively trying to conceive the last two months Bc my wife had been on a perscription med with known birth defects. We will be trying next month again.

I amusing 75iu hmg EOD and 1000iu hcg EOD which I intend to get down to 500iu over the next week or two. Been on this protocol for a couple of weeks and 4 weeks prior was on the same except 500iu hcg. I increased the hcg to help restimulate normal sorry production (rather than maintain).
I did a home test earlier this week and came up strongly positive, which was brilliant.
Month one wife didn’t conceive but hoping that month 2 might yield the desired outcome.
Bought sufficient hmg and hcg for a further 2 months as one has to be patient (I’m told).
so yes increasing fsh to 75 might help as could increasing hcg dose if you need to get your sperm working again.
