LOW CARB=FLAT MUSCLES. Training when following a low carb diet vs moderate/high carb is like night /day......................GUARANTEED you will always be bigger/stronger and have fuller muscles when consuming moderate/high carb intake into your diet. Sure you can look amazing and be lean strong and fit following low carb but by no means will you ever add any APPRECIABLE MUSCLE MASS GAINS!</p></blockquote><p></p>
