Yep I know about that. There are some post here referencing issues with daily use of Tadalafil and anorgasmia. Was looking to see if any recent research on the use of V that may not have that unwanted side:)

Apparently the older you get the worse it gets.... May help with the BPH BUT the FUN factor goes waaaaaay down:)
So with all the positive attributes coming to light with V was wondering if any current info on subject at hand with no anorgasmia.

It looks like after being on Cialis for 2 plus years the chance of having anorgasmia, goes down to zero. Am I reading it right?

I am guessing that if that is a side it does not impact a lot of folks, but if you are one that it does.... Bummer:)
I have BPH and take 2.5mg Cialis and get up frequently all night to pee so that 2017 study caught my eye:) I may do a test run and see how effective V is and see if I can get a good nights sleep:).

In addition to testosterone cypionate and HCG injections I have been using Cialis Daily 5mg (name brand not generic) for many years. Since being on testosterone I’ve had no problem with anorgasmia. I did before however. I would say that my orgasms are epic. The best of my life. Cialis has given me no noticeable side effects. I’d recommend it for everyone. I also no longer get up at night to pee. Sometimes I’ll wake up with the feeling I need to go but I’m too tired to get out of bed so I just go back to sleep for the rest of the night with no need to get up. I also empty out much better than before.

I’m 54. I’ve had prostate issues since my thirties. However I’d say it’s been enlarged since my late forties.

Yes, I use testosterone and HCG. It has not made it worse. My PSA has not changed a significant amount either.
