If someone with normal T levels took testosterone shots would there be any negative side effects?
Would it do anything beneficial at all, like muscle gain?

In a very short while you would shut down your body's natural production of testosterone and, essentially, be hypogonadal. You would need to run a PCT in order to reactivate your HPTA axis. What you propose has nothing to do with TRT.

Kind of vague in what you are asking/looking to do. But do answer your question, the dose you need to use to get enhanced muscle gain will give tons of side effects. If you do not know what you are doing and if you are not a professional athlete, bodybuilder, male model, or making money off of your body in some kind of way it isn't worth it at all. Most novices who run a cycle and don't know what they are doing damage their natural testosterone and lose all of the gains they made and even look worse than before they started a few months after they finish their cycle.

So, in short: It's not worth the risk man, especially if you have normal testosterone levels. Cherish that....there are a lot of people who would like to change shoes with you on this forum. People run a cycle and expect miracles like they see in cartoons and movies...it doesn't work like that. It takes years and years to build a lot of quality muscle even with steroids.

Good luck
