Imposted a few weeks back regarding coffee. I do not like coffee at all. Will Brink as aellmas a couple other guys helped me along. I have been successfully getting it down, LOL, formthe last few weeks. While certainly mot something i sit back and enjoy, i can throw it back and get a cup down in 3-4 big drinks. It certainlyn tastes than refular coffee. I still have not ,oved imto grinding my own, but have been using black dog med grind.
Great thing is the apitite suppressant i experience. I have a cup at 5:30 -6 prior to gym and then a protien drink immediately after gum. It may be 1-2 before i even think about a meal, and often not even them. so intermitent fasting is much easier
