Should I increase my Thyroid hormones or work on my Adrenals?

These are my blood labs for the past year. You can see on the notes what dosage I was on NDT (WP Thyroid). I still have lots of symptoms that I'm not sure if is due to my Adrenals or Thyroid. Note that I am a kidney donor with possible impairment to my left adrenal gland during surgery. I also did a 4-point saliva test (results below).

Should I increase my thyroid meds slightly or work on my adrenals? My thyroid levels are still not within their optimal ranges. Thank you!
