SHBG rule of thumb on injection frequencies

So, as I have read to get this straight, correct me if I am wrong if
#1 low shbg 20 and below seems doing smaller injection more often perhaps daily injections are best
#2 Average SHBG 25 to 35 -range 2-3 times per week injections.
#3 40 and up high shbg once per week?

I will tell you my shbg seemed to correlate going up when I went from 2-3 per week to daily. I say that as my total t went up and my shbg did to and my hematocrit did not go up as much. Although I do not know what my shbg was when I was first on testosterone. Please forgive any spelling mistakes as I write this, I do not have my glasses on or contacts in (eye injury-don't ask lol )

I have SHBG at 70+. I did much better on smaller, EOD injections vs the larger, every 3.5 days I started with.

One thing I have learned....TRT has no set rules. YMMV.

To add to what BigBamBoo said, I also do not believe there are any solid rules regarding SHBG and injection schedules.

My SHBG is usually around 23. I tried daily injections and my E2 went way up and I didn't feel as good as I did on E3.5D.
