Sexspan... Excellent concept! As an aging male, this is an area of great interest for me. I can state unequivocally that quality sleep and stress reduction are key factors in maintaining a healthy life. There is a lot of emphasis that is directed on diet and exercise, as there should be. But there is not near enough focus on sleep quality and stress reduction. The irony here is that the stress factor is one of the main culprits in poor sleep. Good sleep is a miracle cure for most every negative factor we face in our modern lifestyles. There is nothing like a good night's sleep.

Stress and a lack of refreshing sleep leads to a wearing down of overall energy, especially sexual energy as that is one of the first things to go.
