Serotonergic system fix

I was listening to a podcast with Mark Bell and they discussed how nandrolone can have permanent effects in down regulating the serotonergic system particularly in younger men. Was wondering what could be done to mitigate these effects if anybody has any experience on the topic.

That statement was based mostly on studies using high doses (with no TRT) in mice.
