Sensitive estradiol vs regular estradiol

I remember Dr Crisler saying that guys need to have the sensitive estradiol test rather than the standard estradiol test as the latter only applies to women.
Can someone confirm if this is correct and, if so, why it's important to have the sensitive estradiol test?

interesting re CRP, didnt know that, I am in UK and so far cant get the sensitive LC/MS test. My CRP is very low so maybe the regular estrogen test is enough

If that's all you can get, I definitely would go with it.
