As a new Excelmale member and one that's not alone here, I have to ask the doctors supportive of us a question? Finally after so many years of struggling with my family doctor and repeated tests will be starting TRT. Fertility is very important to me yet HCG I cannot get a prescription for from my or any in network doctor. Like most of us this is the case. Like to start HCG too right away with TRT to avoid the fertility and testicle shrinkage side affects.

How can I/we just get a standard prescription for HCG and a aromatase inhibitor (if/when needed) off label pharmacy when no network doctor will write it period?

It is hard enough to get actual treatment for your Low T condition and all the embarrassment around that. Took me 7 years of constant leaning on my doc to look at my symptoms and demand the test and see multiple specialist in network before it happened. Stick with it guys.
Latest numbers zero energy or libido currently not started TRT yet. On order per Doctor.
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin Adult 22 nmol/L 16 - 70 nmol/L
Testosterone, Total 246 ng/dl 200 - 745 ng/dl
Studies suggest that hypogonadal symptoms begin in men whose
testosterone is <300 and therefore these patients may benefit from
further workup or treatment.
Testosterone, Free 6.0 ng/dl 3.1 - 12.8 ng/dl
Testosterone, Bioav. 142.0 ng/dl 71.7 - 300.0 ng/dl

Thanks, BobC
