Question about different meds

I've noticed I'm not as energetic as I was when I started test cyp 8 months ago. Not sure if it's because I've started hcg 3 or so weeks ago. Is it common to feel as if your dose is not enough? Or will hcg cause issues like this?

You've introduced a whole new set of variables with the addition of HCG. Almost means you have to go back to zero, in a manner of speaking, and go the 4-6 weeks to reach a homeostasis, and then test yourself.

Furthermore, if you expect help here we deal in numbers and tests and dosing which you've divulged nothing; dose or frequency. And "E2 was good" means absolutely nothing to us.

Sorry guys I'm still green with this...I'm on 1cc which I believe translates to 1ml per week I don't know what it is in MG its one shot a week. hcg twice a week 250iu 2xw 6 and 7th days. My estrogen was 17.8 if I remember correctly and I'm 45yrs old

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
