I only need to inject much smaller amounts of Tri Mix to carry me thru. And, after the dose of tri mix, with the Bremelanotide, I can often get repeat erections of good quality one to two hours later. I have tried botox, and it worked really well the first time, but I am apparently one of some who makes antibodies to it, so on repeated doses, it doesn't last nearly as long. the benefit of Bremelanotide with dosing that is not in excess of the 2 X week, the benefit should continue. I would be looking at dosing every 4 days or twice every 8 days. What the doc's are learning from Bremelanotide use, is there is more going on in ED than just "venous" leakage. [QUOTE="Ribeye, post: 277753, member: 43544"] I am not planning on over use. Just more regular use. Branded Vyleesi, which is 1.75mg per dose, can be used up to 2 X per week, and 8 X per month. While the approval is for pre menapausal women, when dealing with brain horomones, we are not that much different than women.
