I'm 52 years old. The first time I used PT-141 about 7 years ago, I thought I found the holy grail. Spontaneous rock hard erections for 24 hours. But after that first time, results have been mixed to the point that I only rarely try it now. Worst side effect is horrible nausea that lasts for 2 to 3 hours. I last used it about a week ago for the first time in a few years and felt a bit nausea, and the next day did have increased turgidity throughout the day but no full on erections like my first use long ago. For the record, I'm on TRT and take daily Cialis, between 6 and 12 mg per day.
