My PSA recently went from 4.24 to 5.09 in 6 months. I’m 60, 5’9” and 172lbs. I’ve been injecting 70mg cypionate weekly split across 2 injections. My total T at last check was 695 peak. My PSA has fluctuated over the past 3 years from lower 3.36 to 4 then to 3.5. Then 4.24 and now 5.09. I see my primary doc next week and I’m not sure if he will refer me for further evaluation. At this level and my age, am I still in a wait and see approach? Not sure if it makes sense to get further tests or MRI done to rule out cancer?

Thanks
