Background- 58 yo male, on TRT for 6 years. PSA has been all over the map. Recently 6.73....been in the mid 3's for a while. Had an MRI, which was clear. Doc insisted on a biopsy (my 77 yo dad had his prostrate successfully removed 3 yrs ago). 2 of the 6 cores have what they call HGPIN, all contained on.left side...strong indicator of future prostrate cancer.
