Pros and cons of upping HCG dosage??

Hi!,

I have been on TRT for a year and a half, started HCG and Anastrozole about 3.5 months ago. I currently take my test (30 units) twice a week and I add my HCG (30 units on Monday and 40 Units on Thursday) with it in the same syringe, and my anastrozole .5/200mg on twice a week on shot day. This protocol was prescribed thru Defy.

My question is, I was prescribed a 90-day dose of HCG and Anastrozole, but the HCG was a little more than a 90-day dosage. Would it hurt or help with anything if I bump up my HCG dosage to finish at the 90 days?

Currently, my Test levels are at 1007, and I feel great. My testicles are back to my normal size. I am just wondering what the pros and cons are to upping my daily dosage of HCG to run out at the same time as my Anastrozole.

Agree with Gene 😉 (perhaps I'm a bit biased as the doctor).

On a serious note, though, if you're feeling great and your testes are full-size...upping the HCG wouldn't really serve any useful purpose, but could possibly create unneeded estrogen issues for you.

Agree, all the above ... Intratesticular E2 can be an issue, achieving balance is the goal IMO.
