Just added Pregnenolone 50mg caps to my protocol. One every morning.

Current protocol:
75mg enanthate 2x week
150 iu HCG everyday
50mg Pregnenolone Capsule every morning

What should I expect?

Pregnenolone is great for relaxation. I take it before bed for that reason.

Yes! Exactly that...and I feel like I can think a lot better overall when I sleep better the night before.

It certainly wont hurt to take it in the AM, but if you ever wish you could sleep better or get to sleep easier, then evening is the way to go.

There is some evidence that TRT and anabolics may decrease upstream hormones like pregnenolone. I have tried it but felt bloated on it. I have not tried the cream, though. ERO, where did you get it?

Anabolic steroids and TRT decrease SHBG, DHEA, pregnenolone and progesterone in men.

Nelson, I get this brand on amazon. Its not greasy and it rubs in easily. No scent as well. I have never tested for Pregnenoline levels before or after using so I cannot prove it works but to me it definitely feels relaxing - more than I would think a placebo effect would have. That and its 10mg per dose, which is not a lot.

Just thought I would give you a quick update.
I have been taking. 50mg capsule of prgnenalone in the morning since Tuesday. I have noticed feeling calmer, more positive, happier even. Which is a big deal for me. The last year and a half has been personally stressful and unpleasant.
Pregenalone seems to be making a huge difference to me.
Trt has been life changing(all positive). Preg so far seems to good to be true. ��

I just picked some up myself based on a video.

I opted to wait to add it though as I just started trt a week ago seems a little early to complicate things.
