Pre existing gyno

Greetings,

New to TRT and my very minor pre existing gyno is worsening considerably. Only on the second week of 160/week split into 4 injections. Felt nipple sensations after the second injection, which progressed into burning. The gyno in my right side is growing, much more puffy and starting to show through a t shirt. Been using nolva for the past week with no decrease in pain and panic doses aromasin with no change either. Not a body fat issue as I’m very lean. Bloods before showed test 280, e2<15 and low prolactin. Unsure what to do now as provider is not helping much. Considering stopping treatment but really don’t want to. Any help would be appreciated.
