Please review bloodwork. Going to urologist tmrw. Hoping to resolve without TRT

Had low T for years (less than 400 and even less than 300)

But things got bad.

Libido and erections were poor since this February, cialis and viagra don't work as good anymore (34 yo).


Did a lot of bloodwork done (put together everything plus history one) in preparation for a urologist appointment.


Hoping to get this resolved without jumping on TRT (suspecting hypothyroidism, Varicocele).

I did a bunch of blood tests hoping to find something non primary hypogonadism related, but couldn't. And my LH seems to be pretty normal enough to not respond to Clomid / HCG / tamoxifen?

Well, sorry to hear about your Dr appt. i know what it is to have hope of resolution only to kinda get pissed on. Many of us here have similar or even worse stories. My suggestion would be defy medical or prime body. Telemedicine practices with lots of good outcomes

There are other options you can pursue in regard to TRT. Are you open to treatment outside your insurance network?

That's terrible, you are showing a testosterone deficiency and they instead refer you to a sex therapist, that's cruel! Estrogen is very low and can cause osteoporosis, doctor took one look at Total T and made his short sighted decision without considering low estrogen and it's consequences. This shows he doesn't know what he's doing, so you really don't want him to treat you anyway.

The endo may be no better than the clueless urologist, really need to start thinking about going private because the majority of urologists and endocrinologists don't normally do TRT and is why they are terrible at it.
