I would try 15-20mg EOD, that should bring estrogen down quit a bit. You shouldn't be targeting high normal testosterone, target 550-600 and no more because it will just end up converting into estrogen.

Good energy and strength at the GYM, but I get irritated and very angry easily which I haven’t felt in years. Some hot flashes, libido is ok, better than before.

I get anxious sometimes and mood, focus are not so good. I lost a lot of weight around the belly area but mind you I cut carbs and sugars. I live on protein and healthy fats since I started trt.

My injection is tomorrow, should I take a break say for few days or start the new low dosage you recommended?

That is exactly what I would expect on a mono T protocol of 140 with an shgb of 18.
Been there done that.

If you are going to continue with that 140 protocol you will need anastrozole. It took .125 M/W/F to get my E2 sens to 28
My SHGB is 24 and my T cyp dose was 150mg/wk

A minimum of 6 weeks, preferably 8 weeks. If you are using Testosterone Cypionate it has a half life of 8 days and it will take 40 days for you to reach a steady state on the new dosage.

I have lab work this Monday at 7:30AM. Is it ok that I take my injection tomorrow at 7:30
AM or skip tomorrow's injection?
