Please help interpret lab results

I've been trying to adjust a.i dose since recently adding hcg ro my protocol. I dont how to interpret the last 2 lab values of 43.60 is that a ratio value showing that I'm over the cut off reference range or..?.... also these tests are done in Canada. I would greatly appreciate any help thank you

But seriously. I read that as your result is “less than 43.60” which is probably the lowest value that test will produce.
 
Canada now has the correct LC/MS/MS test you should look in to using that. What AI are you using and what doses for each time you tested...real basic info that you conveniently left out
