pifzer depo t 200ml vial rubber stopper crumbed inside. can i get runfunded?

does any body know if i call pfizer and read them the ndc number and product number of my broken vial ,will they replace it? my evil pharmacy ripped me off so bad yesterday....

i called and told them its was defective and after months of covering this , they told me last minute we wont cover ur meds any more.... ill sell u one vial for 30 bucks of pfizer... even tho the one i had broke..

thinking i would be covered cuz i had extra from the month b4 , by insurance i went. and was told what i jus said above.... I am brand sensitive to perrigo pharma and have been hospitalized 2 times afer useing it... and my insurance only covers generic

but the pharmacist was giving me pfizer and running it under sandoz.......so i was getting that brand all this time...... but yesterday She whips out west ward pharma which i like...but thats generic ...and charged me 30 dollars out of pocket for it. when my medicaid covers it . so i was ripped off.... o well is over now

main question is should i bother calling pfizer about the damaged bottle with the floating particles of rubber in it?

also does anybody know if medicaid covers generic multidose bottles?

i dont like stabbing a 200ml vial 2xs ......and would rather a multi......
