Oral Finasteride, Oral Mixodil and PSA

so I've been on oral Minoxidil 2.5 Mg since Aug 2023 and oral Finasteride (Propecia) 1 mg since November 2023.
I think Im seeing some progress (see attached) with not alot of side affects.

Since Finasteride throws off PSA testing.. how would you track if you actually got prostate cancer? One doc said its a 2 to 1 equation. if your PSA is normally 1, then .5 is normal when on Finasteride. What you want to do is track PSA to PSA test and see if there is a difference. so if you test and its .5, you should be close to .5 the next time you test. Is this correct?

Congrats to your hair progress. Amazing change seems possible.
I don't know about Fina and PSA but what you are stating makes sense. In addition you could get once per year an ultrasound examination.

Stay away from finasteride, pure poison. It will also only maintain your hair, don't expect much regrowth. If you care about hair, save up money for transplant(s).
