ok, ive been on 1 shot a week of 200mg test for over a year. recently went to two shot of 100 mg each. tried that for a couple of weeks and really didnt like it..i just didnt feel as agressive as i needed to be and lost 4 or 5 lbs..also my workouts suffered...my main question gene is. if you take 200 mg a week in one shot and 2 shots of 100mg (sunday, wed), how much of the T or percentage do you end up with the day before you next shot? if you were going to take two shot a week, wouldnt it make sense to take 200 mg on sunday and 100 mg on wed to keep your levels higher, since the half life is pretty short..im looking at this as a novice or more common sense thinking..i need the science part of it. throw me the figures and tell me if im right or wrong..

200 mg a week, no matter if you inject one or twice a week, is the same dosage amount that your body will use.

The idea behind twice a week injections, especially with larger dosages like 200 mg, is to better control aromatase synthesis as your serum levels will be much more stable.

When I switched to twice weekly I didn't need to take an AI anymore.

The stable serum levels provides for a nice smooth level meaning the body isn't dealing with larger spikes and lower lows which is less natural.

I can't explain why you experienced the symptoms that you did as it really makes no sense as you still received the same amount of testosterone each week.

Keep in mind, Test Cyp when injected peaks in serum at about 72 hours after the injection and has a half life of about 6 days or so. So, injecting 100 mg Monday AM and Thursday PM would go to provide for very stable serum levels without the big spike that one injection can do at 200 mg and will go to help keep E2 under control.

thanks gene, i went back to 1 shot a week and regained my weight and attitude back. also my workouts went back to normal and my vascularity and cutes came back..i dont have an answer, i guess everyone is different...

Yep...I can tell you this...my strength and pumps 1-3 days after my shots are amazing. I feel like I can lift the entire gym!!

I inject EOD sub-q and have great results. Everyone is different.....lower/higher SBHG how fast you generally metabolize, how much you convert to E also super high levels are not always either. Balance in all areas is best.

If that protocol is working for you why worry

Yes still effective. Just less painful I'm guessing as once you get into muscle it hurts more....more fat equals easier infection and more available space to inject

Oh ok. I wasn't trying to be technical. After a bout of diverticulitis, I am paranoid about the stomach area and infections.
