Hi

So I tested for borderline low T 4 months ago (9 mnol/L), went to doctor, found out this type of treatment basically dont exist here if you arent after testicle cancer or something like that. I studied for a while and decided to self medicate myself bc AAS are relatively easy/cheap to get here. Started doing 150mg Test-E every 5 days, felt great for 2 months, little bit nipple sensitivity but otherwise felt great. Did tests 2 weeks ago (after 4 months on TRT), my T went to 49 nmol/L but my E2 was 377 pmol/L (102 ng/l). I was feeling tired, brain fog, weak libido and erections lately, problably bc of this.

I lowered my dose to 90mg of testE every 5 days, so far I feel maybe little bit better but that can be just placebo, still not feeling like when I started.

I have 120 1mg Anastrazol pills at hand, should I start 0.25mg/2x week? I read about bad side effects, even worsening of these symptoms on anastrazol so Iam not sure

Here are blood results from 2 weeks ago before I lowered dose to 90mg.
Test 49,08 nmol/l
Free Test 1,414 nmol/l
E2 377 pmol/l
Prolactin 6,52 ng/ml
FSH 0,21 IU/l
LH 0,33 IU/l
SHBG 19 nmol/l
Hematocrit 0.48

260 ng/dL isn't borderline low, desirable healthy testosterone levels are much higher than what's being considered normal by doctors. Borderline low would be 340 ng/dL, but even this is not healthy.

Above 550 ng/dL is healthy.

I would just lower your dosage. As for anastrozole, you haven't dialed in on T alone yet.

You can't take 1 mg anastrozole, it's just way too much anastrozole and will open up a whole new set of setbacks and problems for you.
