New side effects HCG to Clomid

New doc wants to try clomid to replace old doc's HCG mono protocol that was beginning to lose its effects despite increased dosage (perhaps downregulation).

I am almost two weeks in with the following (stopped HCG cold turkey):

25mg clomid ED
0.125mg Arimidex + 200mg DIM (compounded together) on Monday and Friday
Viagra as needed

Beginning about a week into the therapy, hot flashes are occurring every 30 minutes or so. They are not severe but are very uncomfortable. I also am waking up to urinate multiple times a night, which is new for me.

Erectile strength and libido have plummeted to the extent that one night Viagra did nothing for me, although it did work the next night but I had to take a huge dose (100mg, used to taking 25) that was marginally effective.

I get labs in a couple of weeks, but wanted to see if anyone has feedback on what I could be experiencing?

Labs before starting clomid, while on 1,500ius HCG EOD: ~400 total T, ~30 E2 (sensitive assay).

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
