I should get more specific, but I don't have much to go on except verbal communication with my Doctor. He said I was around 100 before starting Clomid and I jumped up over 400 after 90 days. I was on a dose of 25 mg per day. He said he was happy to see I responded so well, so he bumped me to 50mg about 2 weeks ago. But like I said, after I began the 50mg dose, the feelings of lethargy and reduced libido kicked in. I read somewhere (maybe elsewhere in the forum?) that some people cycle on and off of Clomid to mimic the natural body ebbs and flows of testosterone. Having read that, I skipped two doses (yesterday and today), and I feel more energetic tonight. A coincidence? Also, I should state that I went to a urologist for this issue of ED. I was so frustrated that I didn't feel like my regular physician seemed to take it seriously. Same too with my shrink. She just seems to be unable to grasp how demoralizing it is to not be able to get an erection. The Clomid has had no noticeable effect on my sex drive or erections (save for the first couple of weeks). I do take Viagra occasionally. I respond well to Yohimbine HCL. But the other supplements I take are like a laundry list of everything somebody once said was good for libido: pine pollen, maca, mucuna pruriens, cistanche, Korean ginseng, ashwaghanda, l-arginine. I don't know if anything works! I'd love to hear what folks think about these supplements. For all I know, they are all just a bunch of placebos. Thanks for reading...
