Hi everyone,
New to the site from Houston. Currently not on TRT, but have the symptoms of low T. Here to research and to get support from the community.

Little bit of my stats
37 y/o with recent test results coming in at 417.

Scheduled appt with one of the Houston recommended docs, hopefully with good outcome.

Anyone here think TT of 417 to be low? The clinic i went to wanted to follow it up with a full panel, so not sure if they thought it might not be low enough.

Welcome. I also live in Houston, a city that is fast becoming the mecca for men's health besides Los Angeles and Florida.

If I was a doc, I would make sure that you are sleeping well and are not too overweight if you have a T of 417. Good sleep and weight loss can bump that number up by 20 percent.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
