Needing some help

greetings,
i am a 56 year old male, hiv+, taking antivirals and have had problems with my libido for several years. I have been on androgel for 4-5 years but not much help. I started working out about six months ago three times a week but have not been able to build muscle. my last free Test was at 138 which from what i have been reading is still too low. I live near Fresno and would like to find a local doctor that knows his stuff, but if not I am willing to travel to LA or the Bay area. I feel like i have several things going on but no one seems to care enough to figure it out. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
