I'm 33 years old. I've have 3 weekly injectsions of 140tc and .5 ai.

My pre trt test were in the mid 200s e was in 20s. I have had lots of stress the last couple on months and I think that was has attributed to my low t. I have also come off of Ativan recently. I was having brain fog low energy and restlessness! My hands still shake throughout the day. I tried some *** oil extract and it seemed to calm me down quit a bit.

I am unsure if want to continue trt and be on it for life or can this be my turn around point and go on clomid and try that? I don't seem to be having to many positives with it. I have had ups and downs and my prostate and testicles ache more and more. I meet with my doctor tomorrow what should I do?

Need to see labs, that's the first thing. What is 140tc? Is that 140mg? Are you on HCG? You're leaving us with too many questions, it's hard to provide a lot of comments. You mention Clomid, but I presume you're on TRT because your body won't/can't produce adequate endogenous testosterone? Sounds like possible thyroid and/or adrenal issues??? Testosterone is only one variable in a myriad of many for our well being. How does the rest of your endocrine profile look?

Total test is 228ng/dl. Was this baseline, or is it your current serum results with TRT?

On the 140mg, presume that is 140mg total per week, divided up 3 injections?

HCG (at least for me and many others) is the 2nd coming of Geezus (no pun) for testicular well being! Will your physician be receptive to discuss it with you further?

Your TSH jumped up noticeably. Thyroid issues can make one's TRT regiment appear sub-par when imbalances are present. Look a little deeper into this ... Review Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and your antibodies (TPO & TgAb). Your HCT is 42.2, do you know what your iron serum, TIBC, and ferritin look like? You said "they are good", but what does that mean? Good is 135 on iron serum ... Not so good is 75. This ties directly with the thyroid, it would be good to know. I presume you're donating blood?

228 was my baseline! I had it tested two days after my 3rd weekly shot of 140 and it was 1200. The iron panel was all in the middle of the ranges. Yes he is open to things! Is it too late to just drop trt or do I need clomid I already have it in hand?!? I think the low to is due to stress anxiety and the fact that I was on Ativan for 2.5 months prior(I'll never take another benzo again) my headaches have gone away with the trt and the brain fog is minimizing as well. Would I get these same result with a sherm since I am able to make my own t??

This is the third time you have come to the Forum asking essentially the same questions. As has been explained before, you can transition from testosterone injections tomClomid if you wish. Will it work for you? It might, it might not. In the past month a number of threads have been shared with you on the ins, outs, ups, and downs of Clomid therapy.

I don't understand why you are asking us to respond to the same issues over and over again.

I am uneasy and just need some correspondence. I just want to feel better and trying to get a broad outreach to help understand the situation. I am hearing two different things from two different doctors and it's hard to decide what's right and what's wrong. I apologize if it has caused you any inconvenience. I not one to cause trouble so I'm sorry. I'm extewamly frustrated with this entire thing and just want some answers and advice.

It seems you're dealing with obsessive anxiety. That's not uncommon when hypogonadism manifests itself, but you're being victimized by it. Have you been candid with your doctor? Have you explained how worried and uncertain you are? If you haven't, I urge you to.

You must also realize there is no quick fix to hypogonadism. Whether it's testosterone you choose to inject, or Clomid you use for a restart, it is going to take time. A Clomid protocol brings unique challenges, but TRT isn't without its problems. Make a choice, work with your doctor, and be patient.
