its pretty transparent. you can see in the breakdown. they make like couple usd cut thats it. the question is why is the rest so expensive. lots of middleman, physical locations, messy system overall.

The pharmaceutical business is definitely a racket, that's for sure. Pricing is all over the place. My usual pharmacy wanted 110.00 for testosterone this past refill, Walgreens had it for 40.00. Its like that for everything. It's a scam...

fraction of amazon! on pretty everything. i can get 90 pill of sumatriptan for 20usd at cuban. too lazy to lookup but its like 6x that price at amazon. it makes no sense to even use the idiotic insurance copays for the stuff he carries

I have found that if you don't tell the pharmacy that you even have insurance, and just get the cash price you get a much better deal.

I have heard that once you say you have insurance the pharmacist is contractually obligated to not let you know the cheaper cash price.
