How would you distinguish between the two? My testosterone levels are normal but I'm having low test symptoms (difficulty losing fat, building muscle, erectile dysfunction, lower libido, lower energy). Can having low thyroid levels affect how much muscle one build or have a direct affect on fat loss?

?? We have 17 responses going on a good thread with you, it's getting lots of views and attention from key members, virtually 95% the exact same subject, and you just started a new thread??

Pick which one you want?

Im just trying to figure what is causing my symptoms. This is starting to get very frustrating with me as I don't know what is causing my symptoms (low testosterone or low thyroid). Just looking for answers.

Exactly, I'm with you Jay, let's get those answers and ideas, but you will lose the continuity of your momentum with having two threads. Your audience will lose focus if you're trying to manage the conversations with two threads.

Again, your other thread is going well, good audience, keep the questions coming on it and you will for sure get the best return from the members.

Sound like a plan?

Did Dr. Saya not already tell you that your testosterone levels were good as you mentioned that in an older thread?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
