Low Estrogen & frequent urination

Hello guys,

I am back again, experiencing the same frequent urination issues. I have been on Clomiphene Citrate 25mg everyday for around 78 days total now. It seemed Clomid was working for a month, but all of the sudden I started having my urges to urinate even when my bladder is empty. I have been battling this issue since 04/21/17, so I am going on 6 months now looking for some answers. I know taking Arimadex 1mg everyday for 2 weeks was most likely the result of this. Here are my current levels dated 10/04/2017. I just had labs done on 10/26/17 as a follow up and should have those soon.

My main concern is if I did any permanent damage to my HTPA, especially estrogen receptors?? I am currently 28y/o 6’1” and weigh 212lb. I just want to know how long I will have to wait for this to be better.

I wouldn't say your estradiol levels are too low levels, I do like my levels higher. Definitely not low enough to damage your HTPA and estrogen receptors. I wouldn't adjust your protocol until you have your consultation.

I agree they are much better, but if you saw my previous thread, I had some old labs of Estradiol posted where it was nonexistent. Back in April my TT was 86.

You appear to be testing estradiol with the incorrect test (for men). The Roche ECLIA test is inaccurate for men. Ask for the Sensitive (also known as the Ultrasensitive) LC, MS/MS test in the future.

Correct, in the past I was, but my recent test on 10/04 shows the sensitive reading.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
