Hi, I have a question regarding e2 levels. My total testosterone is 636 ng/dl and free 22.3 ng/dl. These levels are natural and I do not do TRT. Had been pretty moody and no morning wood for several months so I ordered Labcord sensitive e2 from discountedlabs.com.in early Sep. My level was 8.4 so from a friends suggestion I started taking 50mg Jarrow DHEA but didn't really feel much was changing in regards to mood, little morning wood, slightly lowered libido. So I had another sensitive e2 done last week and now level is even lower at 7.7. Any tips on increasing e2? Maybe 100 mg DHEA, soy, etc? Any suggestions would be great!
