Low Cortisol, Low Aldosterone, Low ACTH. What does this mean?

I was in the ER 3 weeks ago, amongst the many labs they did my Cortisol, Aldosterone and ACTH all came back way low and they want me to see an Endo. Earliest apt I could get was March 14[SUP]th[/SUP]. I have no idea what I am facing. What is the ramifications of these test results below?

Funny thing is I have None of the symtpoms listed for low ACTH or Low Cortisol.

ACTH deficiency . Symptoms include weight loss, lack of appetite (anorexia), muscle weakness, nausea and vomiting, and low blood pressure (hypotension). Low blood levels of sugar and dilutional hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels) may occur;

In fact I have the polar opposte of the above. I have weight gain, hungry all the time, no nausea or vomiting, and mildly high blood pressure that I take meds for, and high sugar and salt not low levels lol.

I am tired all the time so something is not adding up.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
