lots of blood after injection

After I did my injection tonight, quite a bit of blood leaked out. Normally a drop of blood comes out but this was more like a dribble. I've never seen that much before. I aspirated to make sure I wasn't in a vessel when I injected and I was fine so I don't know what happened. Is this normal to happen every now and then? and should I be worried about the testosterone leaking out with it and re-inject?

Where did you inject? what size needle?

In the glute with a 25 1 1/2 gauge. Should i reinject?

No need to re-inject, you didn't lose anything, most likely nicked a blood vessel.

I abandoned intramuscular injections a year ago after finding out how much easier and less risky it was to inject with a 27 gauge syringe twice per week.

nyeah...............I just chalk that up to the fact it will happen some time or another. Yeah like was said earlier, you probably jut nicked a blood vessel..........oh and by the way..........wait till you have the experience where it spurts out of the needle site
